When it comes to Bianca’s culinary point of view, nothing beats Kaiserschmarrn, best enjoyed in a mountain hut after a brisk climb. This has become somewhat of a habit for the young climber, who wants to climb to great heights again this year.

From a sporting point of view, nothing is better than gold… well, maybe… two golds, three golds… The young Upper Austrian laughs. Her next opportunity will be at the European Championships in Szelment (Poland) from 20 September. What would stop us from packing Bianca's love of sweetness and her attraction to gold together into one bag? Absolutely nothing: So, we did it.

Preparation

It’s so simple: mix the milk with the egg and slowly stir in the flour. When the batter is smooth, add the vanilla sugar and the cinnamon. Cut the Kornspitz into 1 cm thick slices. Here you can also use an older Kornspitz. Dunk the slices in the batter and then put them straight into a hot pan, where the butter is already waiting to coat them in gold. Fry the slices on both sides until golden brown, then drain on a piece of kitchen paper. Now simply pop them in the bag and you’re ready to go!

That´s it! Finished, done. A wonderful idea, a fantastic combination that makes you hungry for success.
