A good morning starts with a crispy Kornspitz. This snack idea is quick and easy to prepare, and guaranteed to give you a good start to the day.

 

Preparation:

No need for lengthy cooking instructions – the combination of scrambled egg and Kornspitz is as natural as getting up and brushing your teeth. For best results, scramble the egg in a Teflon pan. Season with salt and pepper and finish with some chopped chives. Cut the Kornspitz, fill it with the scrambled egg and enjoy straightaway. Bon Appétit.
