Let’s set the mood for autumn with a combination of camembert cheese, nuts and fruit. The flavours harmonise exceptionally well – try it and see for yourself!
Preparation:
Start by mixing the quark / cream cheese with a little finely grated pear. You can also mix in a bit of yoghurt, if you like. Spread this mixture onto the bottom half of your Kornspitz and arrange thin slices of camembert and pear on top. Finish your creation with a few walnuts and halved grapes. Enjoy! enjoy.
