Kornspitz Easter Snack
with cooked duck breast
INGREDIENTS (for 1 KORNSPITZ)
|1 boiled egg|
|1 tablespoon mayonnaise|
|1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard|
|2 – 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
|1 slice of honey-glazed ham|
|1 slice of smoked cheese|
|2 asparagus spears (pickled or grilled)|
|Thinly sliced red onion to garnish (optional)|
Mash the egg and mix it with the mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. If necessary, season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Slice your Kornspitz in half and start by layering the ham and cheese on the bottom half. Add the egg salad mixture and top with the asparagus spears. As an optional extra, garnish with a few thin slices of red onion. It’s as easy as that!
