Kornspitz with Trout

INGREDIENTS (for 1 KORNSPITZ)
10 g butter |
10 g radish |
10 g diced lemon |
2 g ginger |
2 g fresh coriander |
60 g smoked trout |
Salt & pepper |
Fish-lovers unite! Your next catch could be a Kornspitz with trout :-)
Preparation:
Here's how: stir the butter until foamy, add the finely grated ginger (be careful, not too much) and the finely chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper and then add a dash of lemon juice. Cut the radishes into small sticks, slice the lemon, remove the peel and dice the flesh. If you're in a hurry, simply sprinkle the trout with lemon juice. Spread the seasoned butter onto the buttom half of your Kornspitz, break the smoked trout into equally-sized pieces and place the pieces onto the Kornspitz. Garnish with the radish sticks and diced lemon.
