Preparation:
Arrange a few slices of ham on the lower half of your Kornspitz, and top with some rocket leaves. Don't forget the parmesan cheese. Grab your cheese slicer and spread the fine shavings over the rocket. To finish, sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar over the top. Buon appetite!
