Kornspitz-Pizza

20 g | whole, peeled tinned tomatoes |

Kornspitz®-Pizza is the ultimate party snack, enjoyed equally by young and old.
Preparation:
Mix together all ingredients listed from tomato paste down – chop the herbs beforehand, and mash the whole tomatoes with a fork. If preferred, the ingredients can also be pureed, using a stick blender. This mixture will be your tasty pizza base sauce.
Slice the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. Spread the previously prepared sauce onto the Kornspitz® base, and layer the slices on top. Add a little cooked ham in between the tomato and mozzarella slices. That’s it!
All that’s left is for the “pizza” to be baked at a top heat of 180 – 200 °C for 5 – 10 minutes before it’s ready to enjoy.
