15 g organic raw milk butter
20 g spring onions
Salt (for real and aspiring foodies): Flor de Sal - sea salt skimmed by hand

app. 8,3 thereof saturated fatty acids (g)
app. 30,2 Carbohydrates (g)
app. 1,0 thereof sugar (g)
app. 5,5 Dietary fibres (g)
app. 6,3 Proteins (g)
app. 1,2 Salt (g)
BREAD UNITS (BU)
ca. 2,5 BU (1 bread unit corresponds to 12 g carbohydrates)

It couldn’t be easier if you tried. Well, perhaps, because the Kornspitz is a real pleasure in itself. With this recipe, we’re only moving away from the pure Kornspitz ever so slightly to show how simple ingredients can deliver a great taste from seemingly little.

 

Preparation:

Spread the butter onto the Kornspitz, season with salt and top with finely chopped spring onion.

Sometimes less is more… Bon appétit!
