It couldn’t be easier if you tried. Well, perhaps, because the Kornspitz is a real pleasure in itself. With this recipe, we’re only moving away from the pure Kornspitz ever so slightly to show how simple ingredients can deliver a great taste from seemingly little.
Preparation:
Spread the butter onto the Kornspitz, season with salt and top with finely chopped spring onion.
