per Kornspitz: |
2 – 3 tortilla chips, broken |
25 g chunky cottage cheese |
20 g tomato salsa (mild or spicy) |
10 g Emmentaler cheese, grated |
A sprinkle of dried oregano |
PREPARATION
Spread the cottage cheese onto the bottom half of a Kornspitz. Top with the tomato salsa, grated cheese and a sprinkling of dried oregano. As a finishing touch, add the tortilla chips for extra crunch.
