Kornspitz "Potato & Bacon"

30 g boiled potato |
10 g bacon, cooked until crispy |
3 g onion, nely chopped |
5 g yoghurt |
5 g sour cream |
Sage, chopped |
Salt, |
PREPARATION
Use a fork to smash the boiled potatoes. Add the diced onion and carefully mix in the yoghurt, sour cream, chopped sage, salt and freshly-ground black pepper, so that the mixture is still quite chunky. Spread a thick layer of the potato mixture onto the Kornspitz and top with crispy bacon bits.
Tip!
For a meat-free version, leave o the bacon and add a bit of crushed garlic and marjoram to the potato
