Kornspitz "skewer"
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients depending on the length of the skewer
Kornspitz
diced mushrooms
Cheese e.g. Leerdammer, Emmental
olives
Sun-dried tomatoes
Lightly sauté the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set aside. Put a good dash of olive oil in the pan and fry the Kornspitz cubes. Put the individual parts on the skewer as you like.
