Kornspitz "Potato & Bacon"

INGREDIENTS

per Kornspitz:
30 g boiled potato
10 g bacon, cooked until crispy
3 g onion,  nely chopped
5 g yoghurt
5 g sour cream
Sage, chopped
Salt,

PREPARATION

Use a fork to smash the boiled potatoes. Add the diced onion and carefully mix in the yoghurt, sour cream, chopped sage, salt and freshly-ground black pepper, so that the mixture is still quite chunky. Spread a thick layer of the potato mixture onto the Kornspitz and top with crispy bacon bits.

 

Tip!

For a meat-free version, leave o  the bacon and add a bit of crushed garlic and marjoram to the potato

 

 

Time-saver
For an extra-quick snack, simply use a ready-made potato spread of your choice.
