Kornspitz "Camembert-Birne"

per Kornspitz: |
20 g camembert cheese |
5 g walnuts, coarsely chopped |
5 g grapes, halved |
20 g quark |
30 g pear slices |
PREPARATION
Grate some of the pear and mix it with the quark and chopped walnuts. Spread this mixture onto the Kornspitz. Arrange sliced camembert cheese and pears on top. Add a few whole walnuts and grapes as a finishing touch.

Cheese and fruit is a classic combination that’s easy to fix up on a busy morning. A drizzle of honey on top is the perfect finishing touch.
