Kornspitz "Pumpkin seed chicken"
INGREDIENTS (for 1 KORNSPITZ)
1 portion of chicken goujons with pumpkin seed breadcrumb coating | |
Lamb’s lettuce | |
2 tbsp. potato salad | |
Cherry tomatoes | |
Grated carrot | |
Approx. 1 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil dressing | |
Preparation:
Cook the breaded chicken goujons in the oven or fry them in oil until they’re evenly cooked, let them cool and then slice them in half lengthwise. Cut the upper third off the Original Kornspitz lengthways and place the lamb’s lettuce on the bottom. Put 2 tbsp. pre-prepared potato salad on top of the lamb’s lettuce, followed by the chicken goujons. Then garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes and grated carrot as you desire. Before serving, drizzle over the pumpkin seed oil dressing. Voilà, a bite of pumpkin seed chicken to eat on the go, perfect for autumn!
